Flash Forward Part II - A Lot Like Back to the Future Part Two, but so much better and enjoyable...

So...Christmas happened and it was wonderful and then it all ended up being put away again until next year....

And then we spent the next two months freezing our asses off during the worst winter that they have had in recent history here in Indiana.  Since that part sucked so much, we will refrain from photographic evidence and move on to better times.

We DROVE to NY this time for our auditions.  With the assistance of the very talented Janice Najuch the drive went by like a hop skip and a jump.   And along the way to our casting sessions to find folks who flee through mountains, we ended up traveling through some mountains.

We spent a week in NY doing casting and saw over 2000 folks for the roles in our two summer shows.

And along the way got to take a short break to visit with some old friends - the fabulous Katie Reid is now a brunette :) and The lovely Erin Balthsar of Holiday Show fame :)  Plus Joel and his wiener dog sticker...

Then we returned to Indiana and, went hog wild buying a sound system and microphones for the new theater space!  You all are gonna hear some music!

Joel made a new friend at Home Depot.  She will be joining us for The Sound of Music...

And Rich and Janice got started on building the set.  With the help of a few friends!

One of them being our cool new carving machine -

Rich took a quick break last weekend from building to speak briefly to the Psi Iota Xi state conference here in Indiana.

And then back to building....

Building....

Building....

Yesterday we sent our new postcard off to the printers -

And that takes us up to today!  Now that we are kind of caught up we promise to start posting more regularly and will probably revisit a few things that have happened in the last three months with more funny and in depth stories.  Thanks for staying tuned!
